Case study 1: Discovery Latin America - South Africa
Challenge:
- Plan an amazing incentive trip for Discovery Latin America's Brazil regions top advertisers to Africa - a once in a lifetime adventure that will reflect the network’s philosophy and objectives.
Solution:
- Create a unique trip to one of the most beautiful and wildest regions on earth – Africa
- Visit the Madikwe Game Reserve, which is situated in the North West Province of South Africa, and home to 66 mammal species including the Big Five and approximately 300 resident and migrant bird species.
- Guided game tours, drumming lessons, guided ranger walks, pool, 3 course meals
- Visit to Johannesburg for a final program farewell dinner event.

- RPMC delivered very successfully on brief and created an unforgettable and perfectly executed adventure to impress Discovery Network’s highly valued clients.

Case study 2: McDonald's Global Casting
Challenge:
- Manage a trip of a lifetime for the 25 new stars chosen from over 13,000 consumers world-wide in McDonald’s first ever on-line Global Casting Call to have their likeness on the McDonalds food bags all over the world.
Solution:

Casting Call was photographed by renowned lifestyle photographer, Nick Clements, depicting each one doing what they love to do most.

The Global Cast was treated like royalty from the moment they arrived, with private city tours, a meet and greet with the cast of Mama Mia, and a traditional garden Croquet Party.
Result:
- The photos currently featured on all of McDonald’s packaging materials worldwide, and are seen by over 52 million people daily.

Case study 1: My GRAMMY Moment
Challenge:

Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the GRAMMY Awards in a manner that was both unique and engaged music fans as well as the general public.
Solution:

RPMC handled the execution of “My GRAMMY Moment” travel for 15 talented musicians chosen via text message from a pool of thousands on YouTube.

Winners were brought to LA to participate in an orchestra during an exclusive performance with the Foo Fighters live during the GRAMMY broadcast.
- RPMC managed the travel accommodations and day to day movements for all of the finalists from around the country.
Result:

The winner was voted on during the GRAMMY broadcast before the Foo Fighter performance via text message.

Case study 2: McDonald's - Player Escort Program, FIFA World Cup 2006
Challenge
- To manage the logistics for all International and German domestic Player Escort Programs, including the Final.
Solution

RPMC co-ordinated this complex program involving management and communications at 10 World Cup venues.
- We acted as the lynchpin between McDonald’s corporate, FIFA, LOC, country managers and the participating members of the McDonald’s family.
Results
- RPMC successfully managed, entertained and instructed 1408 children aged between 6 and 10 from 32 different countries.
- The children, wearing full McDonald’s branded kit, accompanied the Players on pitch at the start of each of the World Cup matches creating an international presence for McDonald’s.

- Construction and design of global intranet showcasing hospitality programmes at title tournaments.

Case study 2: Eyetech Pharmaceuticals - National Sales Meeting
Challenge
- Create and execute the inaugural National Sales Meeting for Eyetech Pharmaceuticals in Montreal.

RPMC coordinated every detail including the online registration system, meeting set up and on-site logistics, off-site events, VIP hospitality and talent relations.

Case study 3: adidas - UEFA Champions League
Challenge
- Manage all guest travel logistics and create a stylish hospitality area for adidas VIPs at the Champions League Final – 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006.
- Fulfill adidas’ global ticket allocation.
Solution
- Created and produced the adidas unit within the Sponsor Village. Designed to profile specific adidas products and key brand messages.
- Management of full travel programme for each adidas guest and employee.
- Ticket management and fulfillment.
Result

Unique, high impact hospitality area created.
- Established as a key talking point and the place to be seen at the UCL Final.

Years of experience have taught us that the only way to ensure a successful event (whether street teaming, a gala dinner, conference or launch event) is to focus on the detail and to understand the needs and objectives of you, the client.

We work seamlessly with you down to the smallest detail to ensure that we achieve your goals, and each event is custom project-managed regardless of size or budget to provide that personal touch.

Case study 1: Debt.com Launch Events
Challenge
- Develop and execute buzz-generating street marketing activities as well as some complimentary, integrated promotional overlays to coincide with the launch of the website and “The Poor House” national television campaign for Debt.com.
Solution
- From Monday through Friday, six street team members dressed in the Seymour Bills barrel costume, and two distributors walked around high traffic areas in New York passing out faux million dollar bills.
- The eye-catching “million dollar bills” were customized with messaging to drive people to the website to check out the services offered by Debt.com as well as a sweepstakes.
- RPMC managed all production for the street teams as well as the national sweepstakes.
Result:

Over 25,000 million dollar bills were distributed and we received more than 65,000 online entries for the sweepstakes netting Debt.com substantially increased web traffic for the launch of their site.

Case study 2: Atlas Solutions: Inaugural Partner Summit
Challenge
- Atlas Solutions, an online advertising solutions company, asked RPMC to help them develop their first ever partner summit for their top clients.
Solution

Park City, UT was chosen to host the Partner Summit in January.

We created a fantastic and exclusive event using the Lodges at Deer Valley as our base and a spectacular 15,000 square foot mansion on a mountain side to host our final night gala, complete with jazz trio, celebrity dessert chef and ice bowling.
Results

The client and their guests all raved about the entire summit. From the location to the meetings to the offsite dinners and final night gala, they determined it to be a big success.

The client achieved their primary goal and were able to connect with their clients on a new level.

Case study 3: London 2012 - Olympic Pavilion
Challenge
- To illustrate the new partnership opportunity for Ballymore Construction and the Olympic Bid to the people of London.
Solution
- Conceive, design and construct an “Olympic Pavilion” at two sites in London to coincide with IOC inspection.
- Created a 10m high Olympian statue to provide media backdrop and grab public’s attention and imagination.
- Pavilion housed a giant floor map of the Olympic site and a multimedia show highlighting the benefits that hosting the Olympics would have on London.
- Opportunity created for visitors to register their vote in support of the bid.
Result
- 100,000+ visitors registering votes of support.
- Coverage on all major national television channels and print media.
- Contribution towards London winning the bid on July 6 2005.

Ticket management
Often our clients most valuable assets are the tickets they have secured through their rights packages. These tickets give the opportunity to reward staff, excite consumers or build relationships with key clients.
At RPMC we have developed an online ticket management system that ensures ticket management is swift, secure and most importantly reliable. We take away all the hassle to allow our clients and their guests to enjoy the occasion.

Challenge
- To manage the booking, allocation and distribution of all McDonald’s ticket allocations for FIFA™ World Cup ’02 and ‘06.
- To manage program communication to 131 McDonald’s countries.
Solution
- Development of a web based ticket management system adhering to all brand guidelines
- Designated Country Managers could request tickets for specific matches.
- Direct communication with Country Manager Leaders to enable internal ticket promotions
- VIP Guest management for all matches.
- All travel management for competition winners including guest communication, transfers and accommodation.
Result
- Over 60,000 tickets handled to date.
- RPMC awarded the McDonald's ticketing contract for the FIFA™ World Cup in 2010.

Challenge
- Valeant Pharmaceuticals worked with RPMC to create a launching pad to the mass public for their high quality skin-care line – Kinerase
Solution
- Why not just ask a friend? RPMC worked with Valeant to broker the deal with A-list talent Courteney Cox-Arquette to endorse their new product line.
- In addition to the partnership with our favorite friend, RPMC has provided support to Valeant with a number of events such as Sephora store appearances, the Oscar suites, Fashion Week, EBMRF Charity Events, press appearances and much more.
- RPMC provides product placement, travel coordination and event production.

Courteney is now entering her fourth year as the spokesperson for Kinerase. She has done many photo shoots and many personal appearances and press interviews on behalf of the growing – and hugely successful – Kinerase product line.

Case study 2: Coca Cola International - Harry Potter Promotions
Challenge
- To create magical promotional ideas for Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets that would become a strategic global template for use by Coca-Cola to activate their sponsorship rights with for the property.
Solution

RPMC examined the Harry Potter property in our crystal ball and then set out to develop unique program themes that encouraged consumers to “Follow the Secrets” by looking under their drink cap for a chance to win a Quidditch-themed experience in London.
- We designed all print elements, facilitated the sell-in to Warner Bros. and finalized all elements for distribution to the Worldwide Coca-Cola Systems.

Case study 1: Hard Rock Ambassadors of Rock
Challenge

Hard Rock invited their loyal fans and customers to become an Ambassador of Rock and Win Trips Around the World to global Hard Rock concert events.
- The first event was the Hard Rock Calling Festival in London. Eric Clapton, Sheryl Crow, The Police and John Mayer performed – talk about Ambassadors of Rock!

In addition – all Hard Rock Europe cafes got to run a local promotion where they sent two winners to the event as well.
- RPMC executed all the travel promotions for the European Cafes as well – over 100 people got a free trip to London to one of the biggest concerts of the year.

Case study 2: Marvel - Iron Man Code Breaker Contest
Challenge

Generate national buzz for the Marvel Entertainment feature film release, Iron Man.

Marvel challenged Iron Man fans to “Break the Code” online to have the chance to win a trip for four to the film premiere in Hollywood.

Web surfers were encouraged to log on to kidswb.com and marvel.com to look for clues in special edition online comic books.

If your cracked the code and found the clues – you had a chance for the big trip to walk the red carpet at the premiere and after party.

RPMC managed the national sweepstakes and grand prize travel for the program.

1000’s of Iron Man fans entered to win and also had a chance to see a sneak preview of the film release. Marvel scored a win with this online iron clad promotion!

Challenge

To create a program designed to bolster awareness and generate buzz for the 2007 Honda Civic Tour with Fall Out Boy.

RPMC put together a radio promotion targeting radio formats and respective stations that appeal to the Fall Out Boy demographic.
- This campaign was executed in (20) key markets across the country from April - June.
- Stations promoted on-air allowing listeners the chance to win fabulous prizes including concert tickets, meet & greets and a Honda Civic Hybrid.

The promotion garnered 150,000,000 media impressions for the Honda Civic Tour!

Case study 2: TBS "My Boys" Press Junket
Challenge
- Working in conjunction with traditional purchased media, generate additional promotional opportunities for the premiere of “My Boys”.
Solution

In 20 select market around the country, TBS purchased a “drive time buyout” of select radio stations.

For one hour during peak drive time participating stations would go 100% My Boys.
-
In order to provide the DJs with a much material as possible, RPMC flew all the DJs along with the entire cast to LA for a junket.
Results

The cast were in rare form for the stations, providing hours of content for the DJs for the takeover. My Boys was a huge success and is coming back for a second season.
